Return Process

    Initiate Return Request

    Log into your Shelly Europe account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the electronics in their original box including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Attach the provided shipping label or address the package to our European distribution hub, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior of the box.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
